  1. Click to accept the current settings and return to the Control Panel.

  15. Set the amount of time to adjust the local clock by when Daylight Saving Time is in effect.  Click on hours, minutes, or seconds and then use the arrows to adjust the value.  Most of the United States observes an adjustment of 1 hour.
